Meet the Team

"I am a Registered General Nurse with 30 years experience, I am very well known across the Cambridgeshire PCT having been a community nurse for 15 years and have also worked at Addenbrooke’s Hospital. Because of these valued contacts I am able to access services others may not be aware of. I am passionate and motivated about care of the older person with ten years management experience within the private sector and NHS.

My personal beliefs are that an open culture creates the best home, where all concerns and issues can be voiced and dealt with without prejudice, with residents treated with dignity and compassion. For me this is the resident’s home. Therefore, emphasis is on valuing our residents, offering choice and listening to what they would like within Bramley Court, for families and staff to be welcomed and involved. I offer independence and activity and believe passionately in training our staff to achieve the highest standards of care possible."
