Meet the Team

Karen Dean is the manager of Honey Lane Care Home. She began her career in healthcare in 1995 as a care assistant, and has over the years gained valuable experience, training and qualifications in the delivery of dementia care.  Karen is a qualified trainer, and has in previous roles taught staff teams in specialist dementia care and many other areas of training.
