Queen Elizabeth Park care home, in Guildford, is a purpose-built care home offering elderly residential, nursing and dementia care. QEP has three floors each one dedicated to specific care needs and furnished by our professional team to an exceptionally high standard, providing elegance, comfort and exceptionally high clinical standards.

We believe QEP is your home and we like you to treat it exactly like home. There are no fixed visiting hours so friends and family can come and see you at any time. You decide what you want to do and when to do it, just as you would at home and when help, support and care is needed, that’s fine too. Our residents are of varying ages and come from different walks of life, each one with their own interests, hobbies, likes and dislikes.
 
At QEP we encourage individuality and provide a supportive environment in which our residents can maintain their independence and dignity and enjoy the highest quality of life. QEP is an active community and enjoys an excellent relationship with the local community and its groups.

Care Services

  • Dementia Care

    We are dementia care specialists and understand the anxieties of those who live with dementia every day and the pressures that this can put on family and friends. Everthing we do, we do in the knowledge that it is right for those within our care. We ensure that everyone is treated with compassion and dignity.

    We provide Nursing Care when residents require accommodation, meals and personal care, including the support of qualified nurses at hand to attend whenever required.

  • Residential Care

    Residential care at Carebase is relaxed and communal and like all our residents you are free to do as you please, whether enjoying freshly prepared meals, a glass of sherry, or joining in with any number of our daily activities.

  • Specialist Acquired Brain Injury Care

    A range of specialist care services for those requiring neuro-rehabilitation needs or high dependancy care
