Meet the Team

Jane Sadowski is the registered Manager at The Spinney and has been a carer for over eight years. Jane has many qualifications including RMA and a Diploma in understanding dementia.

“My philosophy of care is very simple; I believe that the people who choose to live with us should do so in a safe, clean, homely environment, and that their independence and dignity be always at the forefront of daily life.

As a team we strive to enable our residents to live their lives to the full without compromise, I believe that people thrive on purpose and we will go to great lengths to reinstate this into the lives of people we care for.”
