"Hello all! My name is Jane, and I have been involved in the care of the elderly (mainly people with Dementia) for many years, I am passionate about the different needs of our residents being met, however challenging. I have a registered managers award and a national diploma in dementia care and go to great lengths to ensure the wellbeing of each and every person under my care. I am privileged to have a long term staff team who are committed and welcome development, I consider myself one of the lucky few who can say that I wake up each morning and look forward to my working day. At The Spinney we are very much a team, the residents, families and staff all work together to provide the best environment for each individual residing and I am proud to be a part of it"!
