What we want?
Sites with the opportunity to get planning for a care home of approximately 50 to 60 beds totalling a gross building area of 2,500 square metres to 3,000 square meters on sites of between 0.75 to 1 acre.
Sites can have existing building on them but should not be listed as we would want to demolish these in order to build our own purpose built home.
Where we would like it
We are seeking sites in good location around London and the Home Counties.
Locations considered are in built up residential areas
Rural locations in close proximity to main residential areas.
Main road frontage sites on approaches into built up areas or city centres.
