Claremont Court specialist dementia care home, in Guildford, Surrey, is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for those living with the illness.
The residential and nursing care home has many features specifically designed to maximise independence, as well as create a safe and secure haven. It is furnished trhoughout to an exceptionally high standard, providing, elegance and comfort in a warm and welcoming manner.
As dementia care specialists, we take the time to understand each individual and provide person-centred care with a difference. That could be recreating surroundings our residents can identify with as this is an effective way to make a connection. Life at Claremont Court
The specialist care home is managed by an experienced dementia care manager - supported by a highly-skilled team that undergoes ongoing accredited dementia care training. There is a fantastic team spirit and everyone is fully integrated into life at Claremont Court.
The dementia care home has 57 en-suite bedrooms, some of which benefit from their own attractive private garden and patio, and larger suites have separate seating areas. All bedrooms incorporate nurse call systems for peace of mind and wet rooms for easily accessible facilities. The many features include a cinema, a well-stocked library, sensory room to evoke the senses, hairdressing salon for those pampering moments and sensory gardens.
Families are encouraged to become part of life at the home, from attending the many events to being able to visit at any time. The elegant lounge areas are a perfect place for families to enjoy Ritz-styled afternoon tea. While for special occasions, the chef will cater private dinner parties for residents.

Dear Sarah,
Just a note to express our thanks for the wonderful care you are giving Dad.
We are delighted with the improvement in his mobility and healing of his legs in such a short space of time. This is all down to such excellent care and attention by all your wonderful team.
