Claremont Court
Furnished throughout to an exceptionally high standard, Claremont Court provides elegance and comfort in a warm and welcoming manner.
The environment has been created to enhance the quality of life for those living with dementia. The home has many features that are specifically designed to maximise independence, as well as create a safe and secure haven.
At Claremont Court, we take the time to understand each individual so we can provide personable care with a difference. That could be recreating surroundings our residents can identify with as this is an effective way to make a connection. We also create activities to keep residents busy, as those with dementia are happiest doing the things they know best.
The relative support group is there to provide help and an insight from those that have been through similar experiences. My husband is a resident at the home with severe dementia and this group has provided me with much needed support. Pat Rogers, Resident's Wife
