Knowing the ways in which we have made a difference and touched the lives of those in our care – and their loved ones – is what keeps us focused on delivering the highest standard of care at all times.
I would like to thank each and every one of the staff at Claremont Court for the care and kindness shown to my father during his time in your care.
I cannot fault the care he received and was particularly grateful to the support shown to me and my family. Everyone was so genuinely compassionate and made his time so special in a way that we won’t forget.
You all do an absolutely fantastic job,

Just a note to express our thanks for the wonderful care you are giving Dad.
We are delighted with the improvement in his mobility and healing of his legs in such a short space of time. This is all down to such excellent care and attention by all your wonderful team.
We no longer have the anxiety over Dad's well being and feel so reassured that he is being properly cared for.
With grateful thanks to you all.
