Ashbrook Court Activities Coordinator scoops award at the Great London Care Awards

Carebase’s Ashbrook Court care home in Sewardstone, Essex, this week celebrated Alicia Francois winning the Care Home Activities Organiser 2011 Award. Alicia was awarded the accolade after demonstrating exceptional skills and creativity in providing a varied activities program for Ashbrook Court residents.
The Great London Care Awards is the regional ceremony of the Great British Care Awards, which are a celebration of excellence across the care sector. The purpose of the awards is to promote best practice within the sector and pay tribute to those individuals who have demonstrated outstanding excellence within their field of work.
Nicola Coveney, Managing Director, Carebase, says: “We are absolutely delighted that Alicia and Ashbrook Court have been recognised for the extra care and effort that goes in to proviing our residents with such a varied and exciting activities program. It’s wonderful to have such a great team and for them to receive this award in recognition for their work.”
