Nurse recruitment

Our nurse recruitment policy is to employ Registered Nurses throughout our nursing and care homes. As you’ll be responsible for the total care and wellbeing of all residents within the home, we particularly value experience with the elderly – and especially in dementia care.

Not only will you work closely with our residents, but you’ll liaise with relatives and friends of our residents as well as referral organisations. As a Registered Nurse, you’ll be on the first step of a career path with Carebase that can lead to a post as a Care Service Manager or possibly a Home Manager.

Even if you’re not qualified as a Registered Nurse, we have a range of rewarding jobs in nursing homes. At all levels, from Care Assistants through Senior Care Workers to Care Managers, you’ll deliver resident centred care to our residents. You’ll also participate in resident care reviews with residents, relatives and social workers and if you enjoy getting involved with our broad range of activities then so much the better.
