    • Previously been a registered home manager of elderly nursing home.
    • Proven leadership and team building skills.
    • Excellent knowledge of CQC and home regulations.
    • Controlled a large budget previously.
    • Experienced in Disciplinary & Grievance matters.
    • Experienced in interviewing at using competency based system
    • Can demonstrate ability to problem solve

    • Experience in dealing with SOVA and CQC legislation
